Hello,I'm stuck in Shadetree, in the small island lvl1-11 with my warrior lvl65... 
I cannot teleport out of there, where should I go to return to highwatch or whatever else place?

You need use the pegasus to leave the beginner island, once you are on the way to velika you can use the option, "redeem" in the vanguard menu to directly teleport to highwatch.

Open the map and go to the flight manager.

The flight manager is beyond a portal I cannot pass.

Go, on foot, to the very beginning of the game. You may have to enter a teleportal there.
It will restart the level 1 tutorial questline.
You have to FINISH that questline all to the end to enable the flight manager.Yes, even as a L65.
