Make sure to wait for TT sale because it's quite a lot more you get in the 100 euro pack. Tera club is about the quickest seller (375 TT) but I was limited to only be able to buy 5 for that day, so there was still a lot of thalers left afterwards.
Shimmering jewel boxes / easter eggs also sell but those are tb stuff, not sure what direct trade buys a lot of 
There is many people willing to buy all your TT at once, no matter how much you have ( 2k, 3k. 5k...). They usually want 1:650 ratio.
Don't know the situation in Killian but the 2.0 Phoenix boxes sells in Yurian for 1:800
Would just either do it like Minji said and have a lower ratio but faster sell or look in auction house for an item that sells a lot for a good TT course and buy it and sell it directly in auchtion house
I tried those boxes once but got crap lol
TT prices change so much it seems (im kinda new) , like that Nurse outfit box (not RNG loot) is 370-ish thaler selling for like 600k on tb, yet TC is same price in thaler for 220k
