Hello ppl.. Im wondering, is any other way to obtain rare glyphs then iod or eleons marks?

Technically speaking, you can get them from Guardian Mission credits (15,000 credit/any glyph).
Also, for 20 Dawnfall (green) tokens, you get a random rare glyph, so when you're missing a lot blues, be sure to use them, as you'll get the majority of the glyphs needed just from a few tries, and when you have a specific few left, only then should you use the 180 Dawnstorm tokens or 15,000 Guardian credits to get them. -
Worked for me in 5-6 alts :
Get the mid tier tokens. You can farm 16*12 = 192 daily . Also if the char has twishard, it's the fastest ixp imo (60 per mission and to do them all takes less than an hour).
Anyway, it takes around 15-30 tries to get all the glyphs, that translates to 300-600 mid tier tokens, and that's 1.5-3 days. Hope it helps -
