Depends on how you mean 'freeze'. Does it stop completely or can you walk around but everything seems to be standing still? I had the second problem earlier a lot but I still have it sometimes. I think it happens when you loose the server connection. Maybe you got some problems with your Internet? It was the only problem I found out for myself, but I sadly have no solution. The only thing that worked for me was to buy a new internet router which was really old.
Random Freezes can be caused by so many things...
For example:
-while fighting a boss, if one of your members is disconnecting or reconnecting you will receive a freeze
-after doing instances your fps will drop dramatically till a restart of tera. This started after guardian missions patch as far as I know...
-hardware issues can cause this! If your harddrive with tera on it starts to load certain areas you may get a small freeze. I recommend using a SSD for tera
-overheating issues can cause freezes
-if your memory load is at 100% or pretty high, may result in laggs/freezes
-your internet connection can cause freezes
-plugging in usb devices or unplugging them can cause freezes. Also malfuntioning usb devices can cause freezes!
-software like antivirus, browser, firewall, mouse + keyboard software can cause freezes
and there are so many reasons I can't imagine right now...
So basically if you are receiving this issue for 3 days know:
-Check your software installation list and search for the last 3 days. Uninstall unknown software or never used software
-Check your hardware, especiall temps, usb devices, dvd drive and others
Btw, turning of browser can help a lot!

freeze that nothing move and then after 2 secs, all move at the same time.

Maybe old updates in your router or sth like that, try to update everything, (reinstall if nothing helps). Theres just way to many things that could cause that problem.

I will try this tonight, ty.
I only use my pc for playing, and i dont use any other devices that need usb, only mouse and keyboard.
It happens in dungeons or in city....so i think it happens always, but i notice it the most when i fight.
I will see about the software, that i might download without noticing it^^
