Phoenix resurrection skill bug?

    Hi Guys!
    I have a little problem with this things as you read in the title. After the awakening story quest done, the phoenix resurrection skill dont activate. Is that bug? Or some other passive skill make it inactive?
    Any other player experience this?

    My class didn't get awakened (sorc) and I have a 24 hour phoenix. after it goes off it's 24 hour cooldown it just doesn't work. and half a day later resses me randomly. Any help on fixing this would be apreciated!
