How to get back to the Awakening Quest???

    Heya want to restart my quest for the awakening skills, but cant seem to find where I can port to the Wyrmgorge to kill the "Enrage Dragon" which is the "Impending Doom"-Quest O.o
    Found no teleport...

    Bellenum or something like that is the NPC for that. He stands at the pegasus platform in Velika.
