I have no Idea if there is anyway to know when it spawns!
I have the same problem as you, but the problem is that only if u are on 1 of the raids that gets rank 1/2/3 wins. At least I only got the reward once, ... after that I have always been there and got nothing.

Top 5 wil get box, top2 got 100% essences rest can get them randomly.

Timetable should be close to this one, just remember Tuesday and friday is pvp one.

There is no way to know because Gameforge can't be bothered to tell us even what part of the day BAMs could spawn, so it's more or less useless content to people who can't log in on extremely short notice or can't be online for up to 10 hours a day (even then, there's no guarantee the BAM will spawn when they happen to be online).

The old schedule is not applicable anymore, except for BAM names and days but this does little good, really. It can be used, however, as a general guideline. For instance, it's now known that PvP area BAM is only one - Anansha - which spawns on Tuesday and Friday. I've seen it spawn in the evening a few times - around 9:30-10:30 pm CEST. There's no official timeframe though, which is beyond stupid. @Athena

That's why you try and do your best as a group to be in top 3 raids, which includes using some consumables and not inviting 5-6 healers for example for a PvE BAM. I simply don't remember whether 4th and 5th raids get anything at all. I know for sure that #1 and #2 raids get a CU 11-20 box which has a guaranteed Elemental Essence, and #3 raid gets a box with enchanting materials but without an Essence.

While guild BAMs are mostly done for personal gain, there's also a guild quest associated, so you could just go there on your own after taking the quest, hit it once and wait for it to die. From my experience, one gotta hit the BAM and be within looting range (100 m, I believe) when the BAM dies for the quest to count as completed.

It's a little sad that they don't spawn at a fixed time, but no matter what dungeon you're running, I suggest you to leave it as soon as you see the guild quest pop, Being in top 5 for Sabranak and Frygaras is the most rewarding PVE activity by far, no current dungeon will give you as much gold and essence for a 5 min fight.

And you should do the same for pvp BAM Anansha, as it is the most rewarding pvp activity by far and it's quite fun
