Unlock your full potential! In April, 7 existing classes are getting brand-new and visually stunning skills that are being called awakening skills. More classes will be given a similar boost in a later update.
The 7 chosen classes and their skills can be identified by the orange eye symbol displayed in the character creation and selection screens.
You need to complete a quest series to benefit from the new abilities. The requirements are:
- You must have reached level 65
- You must play one of the 7 chosen classes
- Your item level must be at least 439
Once you fulfill all these requirements, you’ll automatically receive the quest leading you to Braga in Highwatch. This allows you to take part in the festival to Velika, experiencing the story behind the festival and learning about your new skills.

On the following pages of this preview, you can find extra information on the new skills. Please note that the exact names and descriptions of these skills may still be subject to change.
Alongside the classes and skills presented here, the patch also adds new impetus, with major adjustments to existing skills synergizing beautifully with the new awakening skills. We’ll reveal more in further previews over the coming weeks.
