Can't use my Account on the Website

    Hey! ive trying to log into the game website but it kepp telling me there was a error occurred every time... but i can log in fine on the launcher to play the game.... What happen?

    This is the forum, buddy - you're not allowed to ask account related questions in the SUPPORT section. You can only post irrelevant shit they ignore anyway... or move to a more appropriate section.


    Can you log into the 'old' account management page? Do you have a dynamic IP or something? Have you logged into your account from another location perhapsy? Or maybe forgotten a VPN running before trying to log in? Did you magically get IPv6 activated which even more magically didn't affect TERA?


    It's best to write to Support and ask them to fix your account access. Let us know what they said - it could help someone else in the same situation. I've seen at least 1 other guy who could log into the game but not the website.

    Already know why i cant use it.. i was log in then few hours i cant use it anymore and yeh i dont have static IP thats the problem with this GREAT system Game forge have Cheers
