You can get them out of the dark secrets.

You see it in the attachments. It's available in the Small Comet shop and nottradeable.

As far as I remember last time Black Valkyrie Helm was obtainable in this bundle

So you either buy it from broker, another player, or you wait for a new bundle which might contain it.
