Problem with TT and support

    So, I've been trying to get some TT to do a race change but everytime I try to purchase the website just gets stuck on payment processing with a never ending waiting red circle.
    Went to the support page to ask whats happening and seems I had to register again, which was weird. But anyways, I did register and now Im just waiting on the confirmation email which doesnt seem to arrive even though Ive tried resending it 2 times already.
    Any problems with the cash shop? What about support? Is it normal to take this long for a verification email to arrive? And since Im here, how long does it take for support to reply once you get a ticket going?

    Funny thing is that cash shop is the only thing that actually works all the time because gameforge likes their milking shop. Anyway i purchased tt only twice for same reason as you and never had any problems. If you wrote a ticket you won't get a response till monday i think :( .


    If you have any friend willing to purchase it for you as a gift thru other account try it (if that is possible i honestly don't remember). Sorry i could not be of any help. Also i don't think BA will be able to help you here so don't expect much on forum.

    Does it get stuck at the very last step when you confirm your payment? Do keep an eye on your bank card or whatever payment method you're using, as these transactions could've actually gone through. And we all know Billing Support are even more useless than Game Support who kao što je rekao gospodin Zazr don't do their hard intellectual job during the weekend.


    As also suggested by the above mentioned gentleman, you could ask someone (anyone, really) to buy you a voucher and you simply pay them with gold. Then, once your payment issue has been resolved, you can sell some TT to make up for your gold losses.


    You don't happen to play via Steam, do you?

    Its website problem, not my cards. I managed to go around it using the card on paypal and then pay with paypal. All good, website just borks sometimes for some reason.
