P2W... wait, how?

  • Recently, I see quite some people complaining that "noobs are running around with Stormcry because of p2w", but I don't quite get how.

Sure, you can get tons of gold from selling TT, but that alone won't help you to upgrade your gear, will it?
Most of the mats aren't even tradeable... you still need to run dungs to either get the mats or at least the tokens to buy them.

Or am I missing something here? Supposedly, how do P2Wers get those? ?(

  • Seems like you´re quite new to tera. Most ppl write p2w like running gag. You can get nearly all mats for upgrading out of Terashop e.g. diamondfarming through jewelery boxes or mat farming through divine support box which include aspects of "p2w".

  • You could just buy the gear directly, enough people are selling already enchanted pieces.
Or you could buy Semi Enigmatic scrolls etc. to dismantle to entropic emblems -> buying mats or dismantle to metamorphic emblems.
Ooor you buy Enchanting Crates and pray for RNG.

Well, no matter how you look at it, you can get them on multiple ways, depends how much gold you want to invest.

Edit: And yes, you can get gems over the item shop directly.

  • It's possible to indirectly buy max gear in the cash shop and here is how:
Step 1: Grab your credit card and purchase a huge amount of shimmerhing jewel boxes
Step 2: Purchase keys to open these boxes to get an insane amounts of gems
Step 3: Purchase Devine Support Boxes to get the rest of the enchanting materials
Step 4: Purchase more keys to open these boxes too
Step 5: Start upgrading - it'll fail a lot since you have no item exp but who cares
Step 6: Repeat steps 1-5 if necessary
Step 6: Have fully upgraded Stormcry Gear despite never having cleared anything more difficult than Shattered Fleet.
    Good luck! :elin11:

  • I got Marrow Brooch in Sikander thanks to Tera Club(banyaka->vergos head) p2w enough?
