violations of the general business conditions are supported as well as tolerated. why should one make an exception with cheats or hacks?very serious

I think it's pretty clear now that they don't think this game is worth the effort of fixing.

They'll just keep milking it until it dies eventually.

any exploiter who used exploits like gold dupe/memeslash and many more got banned
well at least for 2 weeks but still.

So, some people says some stupid stuff and gets perma-banned, while others dupe items / hack gold and gets only a weeks ban?. Oh yeah, the fairness.

well broker everywhere is somethin like cheating since you need broker scroll from club /GG or buy them from tera shop if you dont use said tool. But Irrc this is even banable .. atleast someone who used broker everywhere got temp banned for it (well he said it was because of this). But everything else like Nostrum/SP/FPS Utils and other stuff not really. Atleast i never heard about that.

you dont get perma ban if you say stupid thing for the frist time. If a person is a toxic scumbag who spam all the day with hate speech and what not no wonder they get perma banned. Even said expoliter may get a 2 week ban but if they repeat it they get perma banned too.

@senita456 context was about a particular individual(and even if not, there are countless cases of similar situations), who even if using a somewhat repeated message(which was highly educated and well formed), it was only due to the lack of answer/response from the ones responsible for it. Unfortunately all this imparciality/toxic scumbag/spam all day is not implemented at all, i could log in Mystel and still see gold bots who are there for weeks or check the forum for multiple users who do nothing but use irrelevance on their posts to criticize particular individuals and start useless drama.

That said, i just wished this publisher could at least have some humblety and a good Community Manager willing to comfort and support their players through imparcial and mature protocols.

What would a GM every now and then ingame accomplish against gold seller tho? At best, a faster ban, but that's about it really. They come back with different account on a daily basis anyway

Well they manage to censor many vocabulary and sentences that affect our communication but are incapable or censoring "selling gold". Cool.

Not sure how it has anything to do with GM being online tho?

But censoring "selling gold" would be a start, yes, won't fix it unless you ban every way to spell it tho, which isn't really possible.

Filter wont work you can easily bypass it with random lettes and so on.

Also no wonder why there are so much goldseller bots. I mean BHS just give Gold on a silver plate with Guardian Mission and VG dailies. because of this stupid decision they flooded every server with more and more gold. And you always generate more gold . There is no goldsink. And the few gold you need to enchant gold really don't do anything. And nobody is stupid enough to craft gems. Who in the world would ever craft a ruby for 117g if he can buy them for 100g on broker and all thx to gem cashshop boxes.

At least by being censored you get the immediate sense that it is forbidden, but like this, its more of a free promotion and miseducation of the playerbase.
