You need to reset before the last boss except for Sabex there you need to reset before the bee. This only counts if you want to keep the superTT from TC.
You have to reach level 64/65 to get the items and the character transfer before the next patch. If you fail to do so, you won't receive the Frostmetal gear set nor the Character Transfer.
