Dec 26th 2017 #1 I don't understand where I get the item that basically opens the shop where you can make use of your letters. I checked out the Vanguard Merchants, but they don't seem to sell that.
Dec 26th 2017 #2 You can buy the Letter Boxes and Runestones at the normal merchant for gold (Highwatch for example)
