Howdy!
Ive got a question - if i have all character slots used, but still didnt reach the limit for account, will i get with transfer from Manahan free character slot? Or we gotta buy the slot ourselves before the transfer?

You're not going to receive a free character slot with the transfer.
You have to make sure you have at least one slot open on your desired server in order to transfer from Manahan.

Do i get to transfer everything in my inventory and bank too? Including gear/costumes/materials/mounts/pets and the Bank expansion/inventory expansion from the Manahan box?

It will probably have the same rules as a normal character transfer with a bit of extra stuff. So there are certains things that can't be transferred but I don't know these at the moment. Bank normally does not get transferred.

We’ll publish a detailed list of all items to be deleted before the transfer date.
Unfortunately we don't know what kind of items are going to be deleted and what can be kept.
My plans would be to get the extra bank slots there and transfer those items to my original one because having extra bank space in a 1 month server is pointless.
But since they're not telling us anything I'm not even sure if it's going to be a wasted time or not... I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Well we do know a few things that are going to be deleted. For example unlearned glyphs and recipes as well as the 4k potion from vanguard merchant.

Can you transfer items that are soulbound to another player ?
Let me give you an example
I have at killian playerA
in manahan i want to transfer with playerB, that has some soulbounded stuff belonging to manahan's playerA (same name both manahan and killian). Would that happen ? -

It's practically the same as having a soulbound item to playerA then deleting playerA and creating playerB with the same name as playerA.

I have valkyrie on kilian , and on manahann , can i have both on kilian ? or i must have 1 valkyrie on server .

As long as you have free character slots on killian you can transfer your 2nd valkyrie from manahan to killian.
