I'm unable to login in 4 different pc's in 5 different accounts.
Somebody has this issue?
The message just say credentials are not correct.

What does the website matter anyway? Can you log into your account through the launcher?

The game is ok.
But I would like to get the gifts through the Redeem code.Log into the game and go to the Tera Shop. On the right side are 3 bars. You click on them and then you should be able to see a button called "redeem code". Just do it there.

As said above, you don't need the website for this.
Regarding your issue though - did it just start occurring overnight? Have you tried copy-pasting as opposed to manually typing in your credentials and the other way around if you were copy-pasting them before? Have you tried to reset your password?
