Imagine you have opened your global chat and for no reason at all it states date+time like:

I have no Screenshot currently cuz I'm dumb and I forgot to take one but I'll make one next time and post it if this isn't solved earlier

Can confirm, got it aswell from time to time, no idea where it comes from nor what triggers it.

Seen it too then - probably everyday. It usually comes with a 'play responsibly' message.
