can't login

anytime i try to login i get this message (see screenshot)

im using steam and restarted pc and steam already but it doesn't help

Germany and ya it was working fine yesterday
i just tried the normal launcher (i have both versions) doesn't work either :c

just for the info im not using any proxy LOL that would be the first thing i would try to turn off im not using a vpn either no idea why its not working

can be closed i fixed it, it had something to do with files i changed to protect myself from the badrabbit virurs.
