The dragon skill book still drops from the 6th gift.
The 1.5 crit damage increase passive is currently bugged, as already mentioned above.

@Unborn Don't bother - I asked last week and got no response at all.
As for getting draughts - people with healer mains will have no use of untradeable power pots.

Yes but only on characters that don't have a passive yet so it doesn't stack.

In case you missed the recent development in this direction:
The temporary 1.5 Dragon passive wont work together with a permanent anymore. On characters without a permanent Dragon you will receive the passive as intended.
In short: No multiple 1.5 or 2.0 Dragon passives anymore.
