Fraywind - no eleon marks as jackpot?

    Hello, yesterday I run 2x FW and won, and no eleon marks was in my post,
    - I would like to just ask, those 2x20 eleon marks should come in post? I didnt remember how many I had in my bag, and I just relized now that there was no post with marks


    Ty for answer, had someone similar problems? my runs was cca aroud 9:00 - 10:30 +-

    You're not being specific - no exact time. Even if, and that's a big IF, they wanted to investigate, they wouldn't be able to. Also, you leave room for being mistaken. I reported something similar some time ago - Double battleground rewards bug - but it just got ignored despite providing a screenshot.


    What happened to me the night before was I also had 1 'missing' reward without noticing. A guildmate speculated it's because I got matched at 19:59. You're saying this couldn't be the cause for your issue, so I don't know what to suggest except both of us to pay more attention to our mail and take more screenshots. Maybe someone will notice it.

    Hello, without giving u a safe 100% explanation for the reason, here is what i expect based on the "wrong" event times for the Open World Hunting aswell:
    Because of the adjustment of the time (summer->winter) the open world hunting event started and ended an hour earlier as announced (this should be fixed by now i guess).
    I suspect the same happened with the PvP Jackpot events. Scheduled FWC hours were 20-23h, if the time was screwed up it might changed to 19-22h. You said u were in between 21-22.30h. If you won your games after 22h you had no special rewards simply because out of schedule.


    My explanation. Might be wrong.

    Okay after asking i can confirm now that the event times were influenced from the time change.
    So until the fix i would advise you to go 1hr ahead of the old schedule.

    Then I haven't missed my first reward but my last 1 or 2, don't remember how many wins I got in the final hour. Just great!


    When is this fix going to get delivered? Why hasn't there been an announcement about the bug if it was known to warn players? Last time this happened it took 6 months for the 'natural fix', i.e. there was no fix whatsoever. I'm not even going to mention the guild BAMs Saturday bug Gameforge never fixed.

    As a short update: The Event Times got fixed and should work as intended now.
    If there is anything wrong with them please let us know.
