Berserker these days.

I guess you own an archer, just like archer you wont have any problems (easy i mean) in PvE.You can roll, you can block forever, you can give damage as hell.
And in PvP, berserker is one of the best again. With tons of staggers, fears, kd chains, and as own buffs anti of all these with a helly damage, you will like your class. +

I haven't really played with my berserker in a while so don't take my opinion too seriously. Hopefully a bit more experienced berserker will inform you about the details I might not know about.

Berserker is one of the class that is ... easy to dps and hard to survive with.
Berserker's rotation is pretty simple but you have to constantly look out for the attacks that they either block with their shield or evade from it if that would hurt. They're slow as my internet but they have the skills to compensate. Fortunately one of their evasion skill was also reworked so basically you have 2 iframes with them which comes pretty handy with a class like that. xD

If you only care about the statistics then in good hands (and gear ) they're capable of doing high damage, somewhere alongside warriors/archers or maybe a little bit below them.

If you decide to level a berserker then you will have awful experience during levelling because of the bosses will constantly jump on / walk over you and your charging skills will be slow before 65. So you'll have a hard time actually hitting the bosses.

Apparently using slaying crystal and staying at low health makes berserker potential top dps class with valkyries. Some time ago lethal strike got buff so it does more damage when on low health and it's very powerful capable of hitting at least as much as thunder strike.

It's good dps even if you don't use slaying, not behind anything except valkyrie and maybe warrior.

Zerk worst class confirmed

PVE: For PvE it's decent enough, DPS wise it can deal a decent ammount of damage but most probably you won't land the top moongourd rank with a berserker. Its tanking skills are still not enough to keep up with the other 3 classes that can tank. It still remains an entertaining class to play but it's not as buffed as other people said in this post in my opinion.

PVP: I wouldn't recommend playing a berserker for PvP in this patch unless you're really looking for a challenge. Though if you want to play casually it's a fun option.

Berserker as a class: As a class overall it's getting significantly simplified over and over each time, making it increasingly easier to play. Berserker used to be a class that had to deal with mana shortage in the past, but this is not the case since a long time ago. Its mobility got increased and buffs merged into fewer skills.

Buffs though last for a short time and can leave you weak and exposed if you missuse, so care as berserker can get squishy unless you're skilled with that. Timing of those buffs is essential, the rotations most berserkers use consist of few skills and a lot of charging time in order to deal dps. However it is a hard class to master and as opposed to damage dealing, surviving is what will take the most out of your skills. Even with infinite block, dungeon mechanics and PvP fights require staying fast on your feet.

Wow that's some nice DPS over there. Looks like playing it for a long time and starting it from scratch does make a difference though, valkyrie does seem to be the easiest class to get a good dps with judging by the number of players in that rank, or maybe just everyone chose to play it because...yes?
