Since the day of the multiple server crashes (13th september), old account management page https://account.tera.gameforge.com/ doesnt work anymore: after the log in we get only a white page. Already multiple people in discord said about that (they cant redeem veteran codes and stuff like that without it and they have to go trought support).
Making this thread here since i see nobody did yet.

This is already known and reported, thanks for posting here anyways.
Players who want to have their veteran code activated can send a ticket to the support.

Access to the old account management appears to have been restored.
Still no statement about why they kept it off-limit for 3 weeks.
