Just like DFHM when it was returned, Manglemire grants 3star dungeon loot instead of the 4 stars it is:
4 elleons, 5 vmwa instead of 10 elleons, 10 mwa, etc

Its not bugged.
According to patch notes:- Additional loot has been added to Manglemire: 3-star dungeon loot
Keep in mind this is referring to MWA and Elleon marks - normal dungeon loot (MM loot) is not regional.

Ok, seems good reasoning to put abnm loot on that dungeon
