Yesterday I maked 2 best DPS at VHNM and this only with Misery Weapon +12 so but its all luck with your critic when slayer don't make critics is such a pussy and I have times when in my rotation I make like 1 Critoc hits so RNG.

You need to play with a good party to see where your DPS stands... you cannot go for instance to a retarded school and say you're genius.
On the ICB thing, every time you activate the skill it rolls a random multiplier and these rolls can hurt your DPS at times when you get low rolling values making you do much worse than the actual OHS does. This was never thought through by BHS and was kept broken all these years with no intention in revising this BS. They can give it a constant value not too overwhelming and not too low either, just enough to hit the sweet spot that make him competitive against other classes without relying on RNG BS.

No, as I'm aware of ICB "should" have a constant dmg increase."We looked into this and noticed the Dev does not include a tooltip explaining Ultimate Overhand Strike. I'll toss in a suggestion for the writers to see if they want to add the effect description in the tooltip for In Cold Blood.
The Ultimate Overhand Strike effect resets the cooldown of Overhand Strike (100%), extends the skill's damage area by 30%, and increases the skill's damage by 20%.

That's outdated information. Pretty sure someone calculated the output damage you get based on the multipliers. It's not really a 'bug' or whatever you want to call it, it was actually intended to work in this manner resulting in a poor implementation of the skill.

Dmg of Slayer in PvP is good since 2 years. Only thing slayer is missing in pvp is mobility. Decrease cooldown of dash and this forward jump, decrease cooldown of backsteb, increase movement speed and slayer is mlg pvp class. But the hard thing on slayer still is... you need to be good, to be good. Not like valkyrie.

PvP is fine. We are talking about PvE.
I played PvP on slayer at one point in time, the fact I got ranked on lousy 240 ms line on multiple BGs I'm gonna say slayer is fine in PvP.
Its PvE where slayer is lacking.

Every skill will push you forward or backwards (kick). If thats not definition of mobility... xdWell, i can only talk as an archer vs slayer... Very easy to kite. Very hard for slayer to deal dmg on good archers. And comparing with valkyrie as a class with same attacks, slayer is very very slow.

Well... Thats whole point of range class... To deal damage from far.
And its not like slayer has no mobility... Just archer can very easily stagger slayer thats in middle of animation like headlong rush.

One day in march 2016, a friend and I were REALLY bored and decided to try and gather some data on that ICB "bug". So 75 times, we initiated a duel in Highwatch, I popped ICB and then hardcasted UOHS to see it's actual white and crit damage for each ICB. For each iteration, we both had the same buffs, same crystals, same positioning, same conditions, to get datas as consistent as we could.
The table attached represent the aggregated datas ("Normal" line is OHS without ICB) :
I don't think this will help us in any way understanding how that bug could work, and that's why I didn't bother sharing those datas before today. But here they are now, if somebody can see something I didn't catch !

AND Valkyrie just got their second nerf... I feel like they will continue on nerfing the class until they reach slayer level of discrimination. These people at BHS are pretty hopeless. They give a class some steroids that boost DPS for a short term and then neglecting factors that make the class weak.

was already posted in another thread - 10% would be a superhuge nerf .... maybe they won't bring it in eu/na because we have no talent system... tbh if this happens, archer and probably warri are the solo high-dps by far. maybe the reaper can close the gap to them with this changes but imo reap needs a lot more skill than f.e. archer

10% is huge but thats the dmg a Valk does on top of all classes. If you play her well you still will do plenty of dmg.
