Elin Gunner

Race change won't be able you can only start a new gunner as Elin and it's only possible for 2 months.

I would say pretty late in the year. Earliest for my estimate would be november but I think december is the more probable month.

Well ill use this thread to ask some questions about the upcoming elin gunner:

-Now that we know that Elin gunner will be permanent class in the western versions, will it be possible to race change right when elin gunner is released? I don't think there would be any achievements or anything that really matters.

-What about estimated release day? I know it was said that shortly after patch 61, NA said they get it November. Will it be same for us or is there a chance for October release?

I know your focus right now is on the patch coming next week and all other stuff will come after that but couldn't help myself asking.

Where did you get the fact from that elin gunner will be permanent? Also I would say it will come out in November.

Well 100% confirmed for EU but NA CM said it will be permanent class in their version so Im fairly sure thats the case here too since they didn't mention anything about events.

Well NA isn't the same as EU so you can't be sure yet. Especially since they only said the elin gunner will come with the next patch and didn't mention how long it will stay. If Gameforge doesn't say something to a certain matter you should never be sure of anything.

Cause i' m really curious since gun weapons tend to be really big in proportions compared to characters' one.

The gun is actually small, around or smaller than the actual elin. So no worries there, it won't be like that april fools vid where they just reskinned a casta gunner. lol

The gun is probably scaled down, like they do with most classes for Elin (like the lance for lancers, you can sometimes notice it expands and shrinks in an odd way because it's scaled down).

We must be close to their release since the new splash image when you launch the game, is an elin with a gun. So it must be an upcoming feature. But yes, I cant wait for it to happen. Probably for the end of this month/start of the next month.

If switching from a current gunner to an elin is possible, then I should start leveling one right away. It's going to be harder to find adequate party members using IM later in low level dungeons when they release them since everyone will want to be an elin gunner.

they stated it will be possible to racechange and it will also be permanent, instead of KTera.

Why bother replying and giving false info if you can't be sure. Me and few others wasted their frostmetal gear (+cosmetics, inv slots etc) now on their gunners which they had saved for the elin gunner release. Well I was somewhat uncertain if I should trust your earlier statement about the race change since you were new addition on the team and had a feeling you are just saying things without actual confirmation.

There seem to have been a lot of misunderstandings instead in your company lately. Support says completely different things than the CoMas and so on. Pls fix these misunderstandings otherwise we will completely lose every little bit of trust in GF that is left and thus stop paying for anything that you offer because I don't see the point in giving money to a company I don't trust.
