How to be an obnoxious guild leader - checklist.

    1. Remind everyone in your guild that YOU are the leader, as much as possible, every day.


    2. Do all the tasks on your own and let no one near management, because everyone else are too dumb to understand this hard job.


    3. Kick people from guild or raids because they pissed you off, you don't like them, or you think they don't like you.


    4. Invite people because you like them, without cheking with other members first. Have no recruit policy, because you and you alone know who are good to pick and who not.


    5. Make your gf/bf your second, because they are your godly queen/king, not because they are particulary good at managing.


    6. Make different rules for different members, because you like some more than others, and your closest friends totally deserve free dem lunches and privileges.


    7. Start gvg/plant tower without consulting with guildies and rage when people don't participate in it.


    8. Force your guild play your "genious" community games for gold prizes. And make sure it is offensive and disrespectful of those who do not care to show up to it.


    9. Threaten your guild to kick them if they don't turn up for run/war. Tell them it's disrespectful and offensive.


    10. Trashtalk in global. All day every day.


    11. Trashtalk/gossip other guilds/players. In all chats possible. Yeah, let these worms know what you think!


    12. Give your guild members titles of shame because they suck, it's such a meme, you can make the best jokes without putting any effort in it, and everyone just HAS to know.


    13. Play politics, take sides of your favorite players just because you like them and you like sticking out for the best people, when guildies fight with each other, without having a care what the fuzz is about, at all. Single those mean dramaqueens out! OUT OUT!


    14. Make sure everyone knows who your favorite members are, they get exclusive priorities and they are the first to pick when you ever decide to do a run of anything.


    15. Advise your guildies to use LFG if they want to gear, cus u dun carry shit. Advise your guildies to google, if they ask for gameplay tips.


    16. Overshare how hard and challenging your life is and how being a guild leader is such a challenging job.


    17. Gossip or trashtalk your own guildies or ex-guildies when they are not around.


    18. Talk about what an amazing, self made guild leader you are. What a great guild you have built. Make sure everybody knows.


    19. Gloat of your last week amazing killingspree and war victory, endlessly. Everybody has to know your great achievements. And ofc don't forget to add what kinds of tards other guilds are.

    I apologise but i don't find anything you wrote funny on that list. Maybe im too old so i don't understand the comedy in it (just 23 though). I mean i can write few smileys and pretend it is funny, after all you have spent nice amount of time writing it so thumbs up for trying :beer::D:D:D

    This is the perfect thread for my friend. 8o Here's a few more to add, from the stories he used to tell me:

    • Ban people from voice communication but keep them in guild to show you're in charge.

      • Refuse to kick from guild although it should have happened months ago.
    • Prioritise gossip/lies over facts simply because they are from a friend.
    • Prioritise your friends' guild managing tips even though they don't even play.
    • Live your hard life and do nothing as a guild leader and when you come back, s***talk with the members because the guild has not progressed.
    • Take constructive criticism as personal insults instead
