just got consufed about the mp reg on the rings (i don't what lvl you are or anything)
Mp regen on boots is fine along with movement speed and endurance
but as soon you can reroll your rings, try to get some power/crit on it
Ultimately, you will always want to go for a crit innerwear.
MP is only ever really useful if you are on a low budget or the healers you run with are really bad. But even so, you might aswell just use the MP cost reduction glyphs for those special healers.
I never run into MP problems with just the MP stat on boots, a circlet and a constant usage of mana potions (which are cheap now anyways).
just carry a bunch of MP potions with you, especially during AS usages.

Wasn't sure if you're really serious with that question either speedi. 
Crit is the way to go. MPReg was good back in VM4/5 Content where Aggro-Setups were needed to keep Aggro consistently and the options to recover MP very limited. I think thats why Seikyo suggested this to you back then.
