I would still recommended going full crit factor for slayer at the moment.
Next patch when MS gets a crit chance buff, i would switch etching to energetic. More AS and CDR is really good for slayer's flow.
I would only pick Pumped if I don't have Keen or Energetic.
With the amount of critrate you get with resized old (or the current one) jewelry you can go for double energetic or pumped freely without feeling that much of a loss, even though pumped makes no sense to me and energetic is definitely the way to go
