Account Blocked

    I dont know why my account got blocked... all my other accounts also got blocked..i didnt do anything wrong. Never even tried to hack it. But seems like all my hardwork leveling up my chars end up for nothing..is there any way i can solve this problem?

    Even if you know why, you never tell that to Support. You write to them to ask what's wrong, not to seek confirmation on what you think might be the cause. And you don't give information they haven't specifically asked you for. Just tell them what error message you're getting or what problem you're experiencing and politely ask them to resolve it.     Ask them about 1 account at a time. Even though having more than 1 account is tolerated, there's no need for you to mention it without being asked.


    Now, do you have any VPN or similar software running (a ping optimiser, proxy or something)? Also, when did you create your alt accounts? Why would you need more than, say, 2 anyway? If it's for the character slots, you're better off with a Veteran account. Just collect gold (80-120k) for a CD key or buy one with real money - it can be found for as little as €9. You will have 8 character slots and 4 bank tabs on the same account. Forever.
