Listen up, all you hardworking collectors! From Thursday, 27th April 2017, you can collect letters and convert them into fantastic rewards! The ancient mighty Wyverns give you the passive effect Dragon Master, which has a chance to increase your Crit Power against monsters by 2 times for 6 seconds!
How it Works
Letters
Between 27th April and 25th May 2017 (5 AM), every player who logs into TERA will receive the following item after two hours every day: [Event] Veteran Wyvern Researcher's Tome. This item can be opened by right-clicking and contains one of 18 letters at random.
The Veteran Wyvern Researcher's Tome can also be earned as loot in dungeons, or picked up in other events:

You can also pick up tradeable versions of the [Event] Wyvern Researcher's Tome item in the TERA Shop, containing the same letters.
Runestones
Using the [Event] Bone Seal, which you receive every day upon logging in or can purchase from Vanguard merchants, you can open the shop for Mysterious Dragon Runes. Various different runestones are available here which can be used to convert specific combinations of letters into a reward.
For example:
The “[Event] Runestone: B, G, M” item can only be used if you have the required letters B, G and M in your inventory. Using the runestone will combine it with the three letters and convert them into a Dragon Skill as well as 30 Large Niveot Chest of the Elegant Master Fusioneer!
Ten copies of the same letter can also be converted into a new [Event] Veteran Wyvern Researcher's Tome. This requires ten copies of the letter, plus a Dragon Seal.

Skill: Dragon Master
Exclusive to the ancient mighty dragon skills!
You will get this passive skill automatically as soon as you add a dragon skill to your skill book. Every time you deal critical damage to a monster, there’s a certain chance that it will apply the Dragon Power effect.
Dragon Power increases Crit Power against monsters by 2 times for 6 seconds. Each critical hit during this time will be marked specially.
