Haha, the hands are moving because... I wanted that 
(Testing stuff etc.). But she even has breathing animation which you can barely see.

i prefer the high elf more 
dunno it looks so comfortable with the soundtrack as well and very soft, if you can make the eyes blink this will be very nice too and gives more life to the wallpaper
btw dunno what program u used but if u want a good one for effects check Filmora, it has alot of nice collection of effects.

I use Adobe After Effect to animate the character, and I still try stuff out. I will definitely work on that High Elf to make her blink and adding effects. :> But I had some huge problems while working on that wallpaper. I couldn't add that particel effect and made a loop out of it and etc.
I like the first one sooo much ♥
I wish Wallpaper Engine would work on my computer lol.
