C.Acceleration does not work properly with ranged attaking skills it only reduces Cooldown by 5% instead of 20%.
In melee classes in works fine and gives 20% reduction in all skills.
This creates an unnecessary imbalance between melee and ranged classes.
This should be an easy fix and please keep your opinion about CA to your self this is a post about a bug not a discussion.
