If they wanted to fix it, they would've done so already with a simple server restart. But no, they even postponed the weekly maintenance for no reason.

I did it once ONCE after one hour of waiting. So sue me. 
It's all relative. What we need to do is to program the event every time when we change in time. Apparently, TERA EU always do it after a certain maintenance. So we will have an "incorrect" time for a few days.
Just adjusting the clock is not correct in computing.

Not only guild-bam, the Guild-quest reset and Guild Ladderboards refresh are at incorrect times too

unfortunately, the spawn times for the rally BAMs will be delayed by 1 hour during summer time and won't switch back until we switch back to CET in fall.
