I have problem with Instances for achievements named "Instance Success" and "Instance Gratification".
I did a lot of instances solo or in party but it never count...
If somebody know how to solved it please say it to me

Did you use the Instance Matching system to do dungeons?
I reported this problem around 2 months ago to the support, i guess they need something like an hotfix from bluehole tho.
If you want those two achievements you can just write to the support
