While I do agree and dont usually care aboutCA, it has a big impact on dps, and sadly this is what will be remenbered from EU's first clear.

As If anybody wouldn't throw something like this for that boss, considering this is our version of "broken stuff" that other regions also have, like for example the talent system or I don't know, "daredevil potion" and "drop of destruction"? Both of which were abused on the first clear of this raid in either region.

At least, this clear was achieved without abusing Godess' Blessings.

That aside, I'd like to thank everyone for the fun we had together in those last few days, including this clear.

We had a lot of fun and it were some really nice evenings ... that is important ... nothing else!

If you want to argue about how to play a already guided content.... feel free .... but imo it doesn´t really matter.

NA should have easier access to all kinds of enchantment-materials. that said many more have +15 armor which helps a good junk to not die to non-mechanical hits

Please, endgame players from all regions are +15 where it counts anyway (tanks weap/armor, dps weapon) so the difference is minimal.

I am sorry, no one is going to convince me that a warrior from na who cant basically charging-bladedraw-scythe-repeat has it easier because he had easier access to +15 weapon when every top level dps has +15 anyway.

Why are you bringing NA into this when the raid isn't even released there yet?

Anyways, as Galtero said, the advantages you have on NA are that it is absolute faceroll for them to get into endgame compared to us. As for warriors and their rotations, I don't care at all, though I'm still eager to know the secret about how NA people deal up to 20% more damage on each crit, not counting dragons and stuff. But whatever, this isn't the place to bring up conspiracy theories. In the end, comparing TERA EU to NA or any other region is just pointless.

So is this worthless elitism about people having higher numbers - guess what, I was in defensive stance for the entire duration of the raid to be a back up in case something went wrong. I still was still holding up in terms of damage until I left my position to take aggro stacks. And, in the end, who cares? I certainly don't.

Most of our wipes in the tries before didn't happen because we failed at the damage checks, but because too many people died right before them due to mechanics. In our best non CA try, we broke every shield without much of a problem.

Seriously... can't get why people just can't accept other peoples achievements without questioning their methods...

Srsly EVERYBODY can use CA. Cost around 1,5k. If people can manage to get +15, they can obviously use CA.

What if CA was from the beginning of the game ? Nobody would complain.

By this logic, everybody who use +15 are noobs because back in VM 1 - 3 days there was no +15.

It's funny that you specifically are saying this when you were the one who dismissed RU's achievement based solely on OP consumable they had at their disposal. I guess it's only relevant when you are not the one completing it.

Don't take it personally, I am not talking about one player specifically and certainly not about you.

But the fact still stands. NA doesn't have our consumables and they WILL clear it fast without them. It has been proven time and time again that their best players are able to deal at least as high as our DPS players and they don't have access to CA. As for some conspiracy theories, dunno, my Scythe hits are consistent with Chicken Finger's when accounted for all the necessary debuffs and slaying build.

As for the main question - who cares? Well, I do. Some of people on NA as well. Certainly people who want to brag about doing something first, ie. people wanting their achievements to be acknowledged by larger community. The methods DO matter.

You were the first on EU who cleared this and I congratulate you for that. No one will ever take that from you. You may not care but there are groups of players who are interested in doing things best, fastest, first.

So yea, you climbed the Everest. But soon there will come a group who will do it without supplemental oxygen.

EDIT: and yes, of course I am envious. Not about the fact that you scored the first clear though. I am envious of all people who had the possibility to actually go there and try out the Raid so soon and so fast because the early patch announcement, well, it kinda screwed me with being unable to accommodate work schedule to my guild's needs.

CA on Zerk ust pretty much useless. Gunner too in my opinion. We are missing Talentsystem . NA dunno maybe they get an adjusted version of the raid. Maybe this is the reason why they get Raid at 30th November. This was for the first clear. It dont mean that these people will use every single run a CA.

Btw the purple circle after the Orb phase give most of the dmg. Not the CA. And if u watch the video u see there was enough time. I think the would clear it without CA.
