    Former Product Community Manager

  • On Shadecore Token: The Masterwork Alkahest Boxes are not available anymore in the Shadecore Token shop. This is intended with our new patch. However, since it wasn't announced inside our patch note, we have reintroduced them for now and they will be removed only during our next maintenance.

  • On Instance Reset Scrolls:

As many of you have noticed, existing Instance Reset Scrolls are currently not working on the newly introduced dungeons in Patch 48. After discussions with Bluehole, we are now able to confirm that this issue is not a bug, but intended by the developer. This is a default setting and this situation will be the same for all regions and for dungeons introduced in the future.

However, those Instance Reset Scrolls still work on other previously existing level 65 dungeons and new scrolls will be created in a future patch, which are expected to work on certain dungeon tiers.

Additionally, we will provide some single-dungeon reset scrolls (that can be used on the new dungeons) during a drop event within the next days.

    Thank you for your understanding.
