Crystals Guide for 3vs3 Arena

I was trying to stay out of this thread since it doesn't really concern me much, but..

This is a nice guide for beginners. They may not be the optimal crystals, or they might be an option chosen out of personal preference, BUT, it's a good point to start for people who have no idea what crystals to equip and don't have the game knowledge to figure the setups out on their own..

But suddenly, it's a discussion of PvE vs PvP pools. Who even cares what pool is what, it's not like anyone on Killian does open-world PK - people duel, and do CS and 3s on EVERY server, so there's literally no other difference except that little word Killian - PVP & Icaruna - PVE for example. If you suck, you suck not because you're from the PvE pool, you suck because you suck.

The thing is, players in PvE servers who do PvP are a lot less in number than on the PvP servers themselves. It might be difficult to find out the right crystal setup, since there wouldn't be a lot of people to give advice. It has nothing to do with player skill, just availability of information.

And I don't care if you think your boyfriend is the best player in 3v3 Om3Ga, untill he comes out and beats all the known players he's a random clown that you refuse to name.
If he doesn't fight, how can he be the best fighter? :rofl:

Nice guide but as stated almost nobody uses the forums, those who care enough about playing well will either test or google for the best-per-class crystal combinations and apply them.

Nice video but I don't understand when need use Griefing zyrks or keen vyrsks.
I play with slayer and don't see big difference.

I just read pretty fast all posts and much detail, but in my opinion this Guide is pretty usefull for new players or players of PVE Server.
Obviously on all servers are good PVP player and on Killian some bad players too. Overall you can say 80% of Killian know the basics of PVP (i.e. Crystals, Glyphs) and 20% dont. Also there are some people (~10%) on PVE Servers who know this basiic or even being bettter then a few Killian players.

I think Lupui is not "bad being raped of PVE Server" or anything else you saying in this thread. It just the fact:

If Lupu would "not care" in PVE matchmaking tool too and use this MP reg and HP crystal, he is going to get kicked as well or if not he **** up the gameplay/fun of other players while being dead 24/7, dealing no damage or not stunning a boss when he should.

So useing 4x HP or 3+1 MP reg crystal is a personal choice and its up the class you are playing or your playstyle.
If this guide even helps 1 player to "not care" and switch crystals to PVP setup it helps other players to have more fun in arena (3vs3).

Even if it`s quite funny we should stick to the topic. I mean it should be a Guide with helpful informations :cool:

If you want to talk about the BG-Pools please feel free to open a topic in the general section.

I think it's a nice idea considering the fact that there are people with PvE crystals in 3v3 and this guide should help those who actually want to learn and improve. The point that new players have to get is that crystals like Relentless should be used instead of Hardy and there is no place for Focused/Bitter/Pounding etc in 3v3, not arguments about Cruel/Resolute crystals.

Being from a PvE server I kind of dislike you for this because there are new people everywhere, but I get your point since probably there are more people with bad crystals in 3v3 on PvE servers than on Killian.

I think I've said this before, but it's just that when you play on a PvE server, 3s might be your first -real- PvP experience, and since the PvE 3s pool is small, there might not be anyone to help you personally.

So it's always nice to have this out here for whoever might make use of it, not trying to offend anyone at all.
