Greetings everyone!
Today we unfortunately have to announce a delay of the upcoming patch 36, which includes a new starting zone as well as improvements to the character selection & creation.
During our tests of the to-be-updated version, we've encountered multiple issues - while not all of these are critical and prone to delay the scheduled date (such as German voice files in the English client), we've found a few specific actions which lead to the TERA Client crashing.
We're working together with Bluehole on a solution to the found issues, and progress is being made on multiple fronts.
What does this mean for you, our players?
First and foremost, we've adjusted the Crusade Reset Time to be on Thursday, November 12th, planning to apply this patch there. Due to the unfortunate delay, this reset date will have to be extended by another week (we'll follow-up on how we plan to address the rewards for the participants within next week).
Secondly, we're planning a few additional events to take place between now and the patch, in order to allow you to get additional costumes, crafting materials & more!
- Friday till Sunday (Nov. 6 - 8 
Fashion Coupon Weekend + Ghillieglade Scroll & Instance Reset Scroll
- Monday till Sunday ( Nov. 9 - 15 Dungeon drop event with temporary mounts, costumes and Semi-Enigmatic Scrolls!
- Friday till Sunday ( Nov. 13 - 15 Additional Nexus rewards (Titan's Ember & Ease, Additives)
Patch 36 - anything else?
We won't only have events up to this patch, but will follow-up with the following plans once the patch has hit our servers:
- Permanent Item Giveaway
- Battleground Double Credits
- Dungeon Drop event with current Lucid Gear Materials
Additionally, we're going to release a patch preview within next week to inform you about the main additions of this patch, so that everyone is up-to-date once the patch gets applied.
What happens with the new class?
Although we're tackling the current patch 36 to bring it to you as fast as possible, this does in no way mean that there is no progress being made on the following patches! Bluehole and Gameforge are simultaneously working on the following version 37, containing the new class and dungeons!
