Second email announcement!

  • New email with account data sent & support information.


    We’ve just started to send out the 2nd emails to all our testers, which contains information about the timeframe and dates of the tests. This email also contains the login information for the client.


    If you do not receive the information by 17:00 (GMT +2), please contact our customer support through tera-support@frogster-online.com. Please also get in contact with them, if you have any other account, technical or mail related problems. Please note that an automatic response in German is normal. Please procreed to wait until you have received a response answering your query.


    Also, please make sure you logout a couple of minutes before the servers are due to close, otherwise you could lose your character progress!
