I have noticed some players wondering what this channel feature is. Technically it takes you to a duplicate place, a different channel on the server. Depending on the zone or even server, effects the amount of channels you get to choose from.
In the top right corner next to the compass is the Channel options. In this instance you can choose from 4 different channels.
The "Low" part is a description of the population of the channel. There are three levels within that.
The levels are: Low, Medium and High.
A good use for this would be for finding BAMs you cannot find on the first channel. In some of the achievements offered in TERA, one uses the Channel option. It hides the BAMs on a separate channel. Another use would be if there are too many players in one place, you may change channel to have your own area to farm.
