Voice of the Communtiy: Favourite race

    In this week’s Voice of the Community, we want to know about your racial choices. What race are you going to choose when you enter the world of TERA? Will it be a mighty Aman? A swift Castanic? Or a cute Popori?


    We also want to know why you are making that decision. Is it because you feel a connection to the race, or because they simply look awesome? How are you going to create your character? Are they going to look mean, cool, old, young or even outright weird?


    We want to know all these things, so make your voice heard! In the last Voice of the Community, you decided that your most preferred method of payment was Credit/Debit card. We'll be taking that, and all the ideas into suggestion when we decide the various payment options!

    Aman is my favorite one.. I'm always weak for badass looking characters.
    And Aman has a cool lore to it aswell :D

    hard question !!! I voted elin cause they are so cute but I also love all femal characters :)

    I voted castanic although I hate their equipment X___x

    My char will be an Elin, just because they're very very small :)

    I would pick Popori, as i love them the most. When i first saw TERA i said - "Finally a game where you can be a hamster!" That was one of the most aggraviating thing in Aion that you was not able to pick up shugo as your character! Or one of those hamsters that we were slaying in hundreds.


    I would pick human - as this is one of the first MMORPG where human males do not look like being gay. Not that i have anything against gay, just it's not my thing. One of the haircuts makes human look like the Polish nobles from 16th-17th century, so that would be my next guess.


    But in the end i can't pick any of them.


    Why? Because racial skills are totally out of balance. Popori have no combat useful racial skill, human skills ale also sub-par to Aman and Baraka ones, and on PvP oriented server that makes a huge difference. Still i'm not sure which class i will play as all of them seems to be fun in a different way, so when i decide about the class, i will pick up the race that best suits the choosen class.


    But i WILL have Popori and Human alts! :)

    Oh gosh, I don't have a particular favourite race but I have a soft spot for Popori. I almost always play a male character I can model after my own original characters, but the Popori seemed different and refreshing. Something about their quirky, adorable and easy-going movements was eye-catching to me. Sure I will probably have a male aman, male HE and even an Elin, but the Popori definitely make me smile :D

    Indeed, Elins are kawaii. Plus since they are small, people will have trouble clicking me, muhaha xD

    In the first moment I wanted to be an High elf;then when I started to see videos about the game I changed my mind and decided to be an Elin because I love her sweetness.. I'm sure I will create the most possible cute Elin,she will be like a perfect doll with long hair and two very big eyes. But it is doesn't mean that behind the sweetness can not be hidden a great perfidy :P :P
