[Collector Thread] Random crashes of tera

I downloaded the game on August 14th 2016, and everytime I'm creating a character, the game crashes without an error. I reinstalled the game on the 16th, but it still crashes everytime I'm creating a character.

I don't think my spec's are important, because a friend of me is able to play the game and we have the same specs, except for the fact that I have SSD instead of HDD. But here are my specs:
16 GB ram
850 EVO SSD(Samsung)
nvidia GTX 1060
Intel i7-6700
75 Mbit/s eternet

I've tried to use "ping -t", but there is no noticeable change when the game crashes. I tried to repair the launcher, and i already reinstalled it. I also looked at task manager, and everything works fine, except for the ethernet. When the game crashes, there is a peak, which is bigger than my ethernet can handle. Anyone who knows how to fix this?

Time: 03.10.2016 4:30PM (GMT+0) (However this has been happening everyday over the past week)
Ping: No loss of connection, 14ms at all time
Action: Walking around Oblivion Woods or trying to talk to the main quest NPC, the game just freezes all of a sudden and crashes.

Every time I try to install the game this window pops up.Please help.

my problem is that the game is minizing after a while. sometimes its alot and sometimes only a few times. but it can happen while iam fighting, walking or just standing there. the server is mystel and the game is on steam. any fix for that?

Hola, Buenos día, soy nuevo en el foro, saludos a todos, pero tengo el problema que no escucho el juego, puedo escuchar youtube, música, todos los sonidos del pc, pero no del juego, ya reinstale el cliente, el lanzador, reinstale el controlador Realtek y aun así no puedo escuchar el juego, el notebook esta nuevo y lo compre especialmente para volver a jugar el TERA... por favor, si pueden ayudarme...
