Pve servers got the best pvp players if your final decision is killian,you might hear a lot saying "go back to pve".This happens,cuz people from pve servers come once or twice per month,invade our server and faceroll us ,then they go back to pve servers and practise pvp on mobs

Learn statistics. Killian having larger player base means that they will have more skilled players but on average it should be around the same on the non-dead servers. Also, stop bsing, the only differences between killian and pve servers are player count and that you can kill somebody in random area, i really don't see how that affect the skill level.

Yep,exactly,more players = more things to do,more people with the same interests as you . The same way,if fraya had x times killian's population,fraya would also have x times more people dueling and pvping all the time ,so fraya would have the best pvpers . But usually people who want to pvp make their characters at pvp servers,so it's easier if you are interested in pvp to find more people in pvp servers
Also outlaw makes a great difference because you are kinda forced to fight in many different scenarios

There is skill ceiling in this game so there should be a few players who has reached it in every most populated server.

there is experience too, and you can get it easier in pvp servers.
i've seen enough people (killian transfers too) who got all them combos, reaction times and other stuff, but couldnt adapt to any change in 3v3.

Some people transfer away to get gear and then transfer back.

Pathetic.

Probably - Fraya, Arcadia, no idea about the rest but the rest of PVE servers are very small.

Ok, wtf? Guild with more than 6 members? There are a lot of guilds like that on Arcadia. People never make sense.

PvE: Arcadia or Fraya
PvP: Killian

Forget about the other servers.
