Update offers 2 new dungeons for TERA in Korea

  • Only a few days after the release of the Korean version of TERA, the game received its first big update! Players will get access to two new high level dungeons: Both offer great rewards for level 50 players. Great teamwork is a must if you want to conquer these dungeons!

    The dungeons are for those players who are seeking for new end game challenges, and the toughest enemies yet are what they will find. With a 6 and 12 hour respawn of the dungeon, it is certainly going to be an exciting run!


    Beside these two new dungeons, there has been smaller changes including class balancing, racial skills, exp received from killing monsters, as well as some small bugfixes.


    Even more great content is on the way, so stay tuned for even more TERA goodness!

    I guess instance respawn is the same thing as instance lockout/cooldown? As in you cant run the instance more than every 6 respective 12 hour

  • Good news. Btw is there any information/guess about how far the European version will be behind the Korean? I guess the new patches will be released earlier in Korea, but the question is: With what time difference?

    In all honesty, I hope not all cooldowns will be 12 hours long. I'd like to have the option of doing some instances at least a couple of times per day.

    No, not all instances have cooldowns. But certainly the ENDGAME instances and raids should have cooldowns otherwise anyone can farm gear easily.

    It's just, I want to have stuff to do when I'm at endgame. :3

  • I agree with Novos - raid/end game instances should have cooldown/respawn time/lockout (or whatever you prefer to call it). It also makes it more, hm, special when you're able to run them. Hopefully an instance you're looking forward too. ;o

    ... i think that all end game content should have some form of cooldown, at least the bosses, else the gearing curve is too acute. It needs to be slowed to give people a challenge.

    would be a nice ingame event to see you (shojin) spawn as a raidboss and we players must gather and kill you,hope you'll have juicy loot

    Didnt knew there were their own specie! Does that mean they cant breed with mortal humans/regular gamers?
