Event: T, E, R, A – These are the letters you’re looking for!

    A guy on Veritas got the mount. I talked to him, he opened 70 boxes. Lucky lucky. The mount looks really nice, it's a shame it was designed only for a dozen people to have. I really hope they come up with a compensation or anything worthy of a one-year anniversary.

    I bought and opened over 100 boxes from broker. I received 2 (E) 1 (R) and rest was fireworks, fiery shades + honker. Not a single spellbind or semi enigmatic, such a great box!

    Finding something about 1 box per hour. I have got three boxes now, one of them was letter E, but seems like that I won't be able to get the rest...

    Somehow I suspect you're adjusting the wrong value. Boxes are still a rare find, if you find one every 30m you're quite lucky - is this intentional or are we supposed to be finding one every 4m now like we did with the santa event?
    It does feel like the spawnrate went up as it went from one box a hour to one box per half hour.. but there aren't enough spawn locations? Once one is found the entire zone seems to not have any for quite a while.


    It still feels that even if you quadrupled whatever was increased 'heavily' it would finally reach values where I'd be tempted to spend several hours on it. Thanks for looking into it.

    It seems like an event where only the high level players have a chance at something.
    Simply because they can just buy the gift boxes from whoever is selling them.


    It is praticaly impossible to get anything simply by strolling around and getting your own boxes.


    It's completely idiotic and it is quite sad actually.

    No boxes past 2pm. WHAT ARE YOU DOING GF? Please, fix it. =\ Impossible to find any box.

    Joking, boxes despawn after X time so that's probably not the reason.
    Although I have noticed better content coming from these boxes. I've had 19mwa from one, 3mes from another, A firework(HAPPY) some hats and shades. But still only one letter so far.

    I don't see any increase in the sawn rate of those boxes. It's terrible.

    Well I found 4 boxes in every channel.
    Got 13 in an hour. Openend them all and got all fireworks. Openend like 50+ boxes in total and all im getting is party hats and firework. Seriously. You have like 75 different kinds of things coming from those boxes and 50 of that are fireworks and 20 of that are hats.


    EDIT: I forgot to add this, I also got 2 stacks of Spellbinds from them. 1st time I got 9 of them and 2nd time I got 8 of them. Really? I was so happy I got spellbinds and then I see I only got 9? I atleast expected it to be a bigger quantity since they're so rare.

    I have opened over 100 boxes, I have had spellbinds, masterwork alkahest, semi-enigmatics, and the usual rubbish fireworks. I also got letters ... T, T, T, E, E, R, R ... still waiting for an A.


    The spawns are not consistent. Some areas I run around for 3 hours and find nothing, other areas I can pick up 6 boxes in 20 minutes.

    I had one area I favored. First when they "heavily" increased the spawn rate, it was heaven. Like 10-15 boxes per hour. Then less and less. Then nothing. Not a single box.
    Bonus thing, a box spawned behind the Zulfikar broker, in the middle of the city O.o

    I just got my A so I am pretty stoked. It took me another 31 boxes to get it though. I also got two Complete Crystalbind, and some masterwork alkahest.


    Now I just need another R and two more As and I can get another two lions :-)

    One gripe about looking for boxes is that there tons of them around between 00:00 and 04:00, then after that I cannot find any. I find that weird as there is no one in the area, so I can only assume that the spawn rate isn't constant. Why would they spawn in the same area for hours then not spawn there again? E.G. I was finding around 5 every 15 minutes, but now there is nothing. I haven't seen people in the area so it is not like they are getting picked up.
