I received the code of first Anniversary of Tera, but dont work...
I tried using the code, but it says "Code Error: Invalid code"
Any solution?

You may not lose anything, since the codes usually give something that you don't need.
Instead of focusing on the newsletter issues, I hope Gameforge can focus on the events in the following weeks. I think the players would be grateful if the needed items return to an acceptable price range.

My first account (and only) didn't get newsletter till now.
And I was able to log in (finally it's fixed) and my newsletter option is on.
Still no code.. -
Hello, i will explain it fast. There's 1st anniversary of Tera.... All players got the code on the e-mail... my friend got but I don't got it... when i talk today with people on Global channel...5-15 person told me that they don't got the code too. Can u fix it please? Thanks.

As you seem to have "missed" my request for some info regarding the non receipt of the news letters with the codes, i thought i would pull it forward again.
Newsletter turned on for over a year.. never off.. account for over a year... still no code.. please advise is there a delay.. error or do we raise a ticket.. thanks DBx

I received a mail today from gameforge, only to tell me that I didn't pay for my club membership, yet still no code.
I'n reading more and more comments stating that players who started after the F2P campaign have received the 1 year anniersary code while veterans still got nothing.Can someone confirm this ? Or is there a veteran who got his code already?

My friend on veteran acc got the code few days ago.. she's running with the halo
I on the other hand also on veteran acc did not get the code. -
I did not get the code as I never recieved the club items while I was subscribed.

Ah, too bad then. On the other hand, it's fine, I guess; I'll have more time to prepare for the maid outfits and should be able to get them right on time
As for the hotfix - excellent work, guys. That's the sort of response, we need in such cases.
