    I had set the newsletter option off, which means if gameforge is working correctly, I should not receive not receive any newsletter from them. If I have to complain, I can only complain that gameforge didn't tell us before. For us to reconfirm the options and email address.


    I have written an email sending program before, the sending success rate is not 100% .

    So far i have the same problem, i didnt recieve any newsletter or any code or any email from Gameforge about 1year Birthday.


    I recieve the emails from TeraClub membership, i even tryed to change the email that i use, but i received the system email from gameforge to confirm the change...i rejected since the email came, so its working.


    Still no email from gameforge. Even checked Spam and nothing.


    I would gladly thank if someone in charge do something about this, because as a TeraClub Member it should not be a problem at all, because it means my Email is confirmed and eveything is OK with it.

    So I had this problem too, but found mine. After making my account I had it moved to a different email, the birthday gift was sent to the email my account was originally under rather than the email I had it moved to. Hope that can help someone else ^^

    No code yet here either. Funny enough some players, like me, who had pre ordered the game, played in closed beta and live didn't get it either...1`year anniversary...yea.

    the fck gameforge

    My newsletter has been enabled since day 1 of Tera opening.. no newsletter yet.. don't freak guys there are alot of letters that need to be sent :) all the UK ppl in my guild have not received their code either, t all have had there newsletters active since day 1 too..


    Moderator reassurance would be nice if you can please.

    Yep same as the pre-order gifts,if i have to wait for months for that code ,no thanks keep it for you.I have being patient for whole year kept suporting this company with the hopes that a better day will come,well i realized that is waste of time and eforts.....Never again....

    Also, what's up with NA getting the double drop rate in MC (normal and hard mode), while we don't?

    I got my code 2 days ago :) Not seen a single treasure box yet though :(
