Easter is upon us!

or i'm fair it is not a nice event or i read on the forums there are a lot people who need really help.

How do you want to solve the problems or everyone is spamming the words and pictures to you mailadress??? because that is going to happen with this kind of events.

I think it is better to make a event with boxes the same as the dungeon rewards with the option to get nice items or event fashion and maybe some event archievements.

example: normal mobs are dropping eastern eggs and that you can turn the eggs in at a eastern event npc. (3x normal eggs for a box that you get a change to get Stamina potions, Hp Potion, Mana potion, Charms etc.)

example: Bam's are dropping larger eggs that you can turn it in, 3 large eggs for a box with nicer items than the normal eggs. That you get a change to get (eastern fashion items, strongbox key, nice mount for 7 days)

example: very rare eastern eggs with a very low drop that you can turn it in for a event mount (permanent), 30 days atlas, etc.

So far my idea how i shall do it to make the game and event a succes.

I don't like this event. (i would rather have them fix the pvp updates and reset the arena cap)

Omg....if you wanna offer us good events, then offer us, not this insult, if you dont want to offer us a good event, then stick to fixing bugs and look over BG balancing.

Not sure why aren't you able to give out better prizes - and that's why it makes me and people mad, we aren't sure is it justified.

You could offer us a good event with Valentine, why you couldnt give us a good one now too. As that guy sayed, better nothing than this, more time could have been not wasted, us by not reading, you by not doing and concentrating on more important things, bugs, BG, tera shop, etc.

Raven how dare you ask for Constructive Feedback when all 3 of your events has basically nothing to do with the game? if this isnt an aprils fool joke? ofcourse your asking for flames if this is what you come up with as an Event.

So much rage over the Easter event. :confused:

My comments:

The first two event seems more towards website/social site participation. Meaning anyone can join in without having to play TERA at all. These events probably meant for new players? Since the rewards are CD-keys and some in-game mount.

The third event seems exploitable. Like someone said above, people can sit next to a dead BAMs killed by other players and take a picture without breaking a sweat. Unless Gameforge checks the kill logs (or something similar to it) for every screnshoot submitted? Need a clarification on this, Atmorph.

My feedback:

Gameforge, whoever in-charge of the game's event need to think out of the box for once. Read the forums, see what players want for event. Make more in-game event, as long it's doesn't compromise the server's stability (like Nexus)

As for the rewards, there's no need to give such ridiculous items like EME did (*cough*1000mwa*cough*). Maybe some head costumes will suffice or perhaps any cosmetic items with permanent feature.

Pls,..dont call this an "event".

It's nothing to do with the game...mostly are site related.
And the "reward"...really.......not gonna waste my time doing any of them.

Not to mention that nowadays you cant even distribute and manage in-game contents properly and in time, cant imagine how long ppl gonna wait till you read their e.mail and distribute the rewards...lol...may b till the summer comes.

Well, I did mention that GF is probably not allowed to come up with better events than enmasse.
Raven himself admited that he'd like to do better events and give out better prices but he can't.
I don't even think that they aren't able to come up with better events, enmasse is the NA sister company of Bluehole so of course they want it to shine while GF collects dust.
I don't believe that GF isn't able to start a simple event as the egg hunt.

Why in december the santa event (was awesome) we had the same event and drops like US version..and now its impossible?
whats changed in last 3 months...

i shocking moment when i watched EM easter event details.
another big event after the really cool box event with doppeldrop.

after short time they got their next nice event.

I suspect (no proof just a feeling) that the reason they 'can't' provide better events or even ingame events is that they have no devs who can program it, they can only apply US patches and even that might be done remotely by the americans. Would explain the recent 'daily quest reset time' fiasco, US patch not localised^^

Outside of the shop and website I really think they have few dev tools and probably have to pay the americans for dev time to fix/add stuff. The US events would therefore, in theory, cost them money and, in my experience, GF are not in the business of investing in their games.

The event is probably one of if not the worst event in MMO history and such an insult I am off...No point complaining, I have had a CS ticket open since February 12th with no reply if you don't count the FAQ cut n paste.

We had the egg event some weeks ago, can't they just give it to us once more? Boom, 100% better event than this.
