    You can always ask friends to change to another server and then u join same server doesn't need to be ishara, otherwise gotta wait it out kill killian/ishara opens for transfers.

    Im not against the server transfers, im againt the "bring what u can with u" policy...


    IMHO there should be gold limit ~10.000g and the restriction that u cant transfer any unbound items with u. So it would give people the means to transfer their characters and bring their hard earned gear, but leave the economy relatively intact...

    Supply and Demand doesnt work in Tera anymore, there's nothing for old endgame players to buy, with 0% taxes (club membership) they can keep those overpriced items on the broker for months. Inflating the market even further... And theres no way a new guy who started on the server that is 2weeks old can afford 100.000g weapon, the gap between the buying power of 2weeks old player and 1year old player is tooooo big...


    But why new player need regent items? It's drop from top instance and someone had to do this instance before and without regent items. If you need them so much to do mchm or or any easier instance, maybe you should focus on your skill, not items. Agnitor is enough for any instance and new players can easy get it. Ofc with regent all will be easier but this is top pve gear and have to be expensive. Deal with it, or learn how to play.

    in game economy its just like rl economy in smaller scale. gf is like nature - gives us tsunami, earthquakes and all that stuff can impact on our market. but everything else is up to players. and its quite simple - supply and demand. thats not rocket science.

    im against transfering to new servers at all, but this is better than nothing

    I'm having the same problem as Kawaairie and please, don't suggest anything if you aren't fully aware of the character transfer conditions.


    So after some months I return to Tera to play with some friends who are just starting and taking advantage of new f2p system.


    We then choose Killian to play since I have my previous character there. Guess what?The server is full. We manage to start at Ishara, hoping that later I would then be able to bring my old character back, joining the new one. Thought that was finally happening. It seems i was wrong...I can't transfer my first character to join the new ones i already have at Ishara (and so i think i'm not occupying anyone else's place).


    Option: Move all the new characters to another server, leaving a full bank (4 pages) behind. Also would have to ask every other friend to move along, having the same issue.


    Can i have a different perspective?

    And what would be the difference when full statics come to the new server and go straight mc hm? there would not be much difference cause normaly an static get 2-3 queen items per day and group.


    And GF is going the same way Enmasse is goining with the server trans, in the gold and Item limit you can bring with you.


    And as many ppl said before most statics which are farming queen atm on fraya, killian, ... will not do the server trans. why should they, they have everything they need on their own server. And the casuals changeing the servers could not kill queen before so why should the could do it now?
    And the economy on the new servers will be doomed anyways, when more players reaching 60 for daylies with no proper gold sink...


    so stop crying and life with the option of server trans

    I think people should Learn how to socialize.

    And is it possible to transfer characters on the same server but from one account to another? Support once wrote me that this option will be available. More than half a year I have with my wife in one account their main characters. So far, we played for a change. Now I have a second computer and bought a second account and I would move its main character. We could finally play together :) Just do not write that I do 60lvl again on a new account, because that gave me great suggestions already support :)


    the difference is that new ppl would bring only 10k gold into the economy and no unboud gear (no full inventory of Regent gear as for example) resulting in:


    1. the economy from the old server u leave wont get screwed in the process, as of right now, people can only bring 50k gold, and will convert anything thats above that limit into Regent gear/abyss gear or any other valuable endgame items, resulting in Hyper-Inflation on the old server - because when u are leaving u dont care if u have to pay the double or triple, its better than leaving your gold behind. Thats what happened in NA, Regent prices on MT tripled, because people bought those items out not because they needed them, but because they could bring them into their new server and maybe even make some profit in the process...
    2. People coming to farm endgame instances wont do any negative impact, as they would have to price their loot to what your current server economy can support, that means there wont be any people with 1+mil gold in their pockets that could afford to buy those 100.000-200.000g items...



    U say people wont leave Killian, i say u are wrong, and the reason is obvious, if your friends cant join/transfer to your server, u join/transfer to them instead...


    and lol im not crying, i have tons of gold and dont plan on leaving my server. Im just concerned what this will do to the servers economy in the long run...

    Will be interesting to see who and where people will move to.

    Again to make this clear I do not think that ppl who are realy rich, and I am mean really rich will change server. There is no point for them, and the people who are this rich, will just demand that their friend join killian at an time when it is possible again.


    Do you really think the economy on old servers can be more damaged then it is until now, I do not think so.


    And I do not see the point: if you have a ton of gold you should have buyed all the equipment you need until now, so why are you scared about item prices?


    Any you may be aware that not only MT prices have skyrocket, also the other old servers in NA gone up in prices like EU ones, its not because of the servertransfers, its because of the inflation in the game.

    So, i have a character on Killian which was moved from Samael, since then i started fresh on Ishara with loads of friends who recently started the game and i would prefer to stay here as my new character is already 60 and pretty well geared. So my question is... Is it possible to move my Killian character to Ishara? If not it's pretty stupid if you ask me. And no, my Killian character is not extremely well geared and rich, infact its only level 40.

    Yes, it does state that, but what's the logic of it since you have some characters there already and you aren't willing to move? That place is already occupied, you aren't creating any extra account spot...Doesn't make sense. I'm having the same exact problem, and so what are we supposed to do? Ask all our friends to move coz of this?

    It also didn't say you couldn't transfer between the 2.
